Shipping
Up to date shipping and lead times can be found on our website banner. We assure you that our team is working diligently to ensure every order is handled with care and shipped out as swiftly as possible. In some occasions additional delays may occur due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Returns
At Eu4ric Cold Water Immersion, we understand that sometimes you might need to return a product. We offer a 14-day return window starting from the day you receive your order. Please note that for any opened products, we impose a 15% restocking fee to cover our handling and processing costs. We do supply a return label for shipping, however the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive the product, we will inspect the items and it is in our sole discretion to process the refund. If we find that the product has been used or damaged, it will be shipped back to you.
Cancelations
You have 48 hours after your order has been placed to request a cancelation. All canceled orders will face a 5 to 10% fee from the total order value. The reason is that the financial institutions charge us payment processing fees regardless if the order was shipped. We also place supply orders based on the current amount of orders that have been placed that are non-refundable. If 48 hours have passed since you've placed your order it cannot be canceled.
We do, however, reserve the right to exercise discretion on all refund requests submitted after the 48 hour period has passed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the issue you are experiencing is covered under our 1-year manufacturer’s warranty and you wish to file a claim, please email us at info@eu4ric.com to begin your warranty claim process. You will be responsible for any costs and expenses not covered under the warranty.
Warranty
Quality and customer satisfaction are our topmost priorities. We proudly offer a 1-year manufacturers warranty on products with factory defects. Please be informed that this warranty does not cover the natural wear and tear of the product. However, in many cases, we can resolve issues with small replacement parts, ensuring your system remains in optimal condition. It is important to note, Eu4ric Wellness as a company does not offer a warranty. We simply file a claim to the manufacturing company and assist in getting the accessory or item replaced. We are here to help.

Liability Policy
Once an order has been shipped from our facility and is in the possession of the freight or shipping agency, the responsibility for the product is transferred to the customer. While we take every precaution to ensure that our products are packaged securely and handled with care, we are not liable for any damage or loss that may occur during transit.
We highly recommend to purchase ROUTE shipping insurance so that in the rare case that your package is lost, stolen or damaged you have the peace of mind you can have it replaced.

However, it is important to note that we cannot assume responsibility for the actions or mishandling of third-party shipping agencies.
