It started on the banks of an Oregon river. Cousins Chris and Taylor had been cold plunging for years — not as a trend, not for social media, but because it genuinely changed how they felt. Sharper. Stronger. More alive.
When cold water therapy started going mainstream, they saw the same thing at the same time: the products hitting the market were extraordinary — extraordinarily expensive. $7,000. $10,000. Sometimes more. That wasn't the cold plunging they knew. The cold plunge they grew up with belonged to anyone willing to get in the water.
