How Hot & Cold does it get?
The Eu4ric ALL-IN-ONE System is fully insulated and powered by our advanced Pro Chiller, capable of cooling water down to 33°F or heating it up to 105°F—the widest temperature range in its class. Depending on the starting ambient temperature, it typically reaches your desired setting in 0 to 3 hours.
Thanks to the Ice Chest-like insulation of the acrylic tub, you may not need to heat or cool it at all if the system has been used recently. In most cases, running the chiller for just 30 minutes per day is enough to maintain temperature while also circulating and filtering the water—so your plunge is ready when you are, with less energy use.
Shipping, Returns & Lead Time
Shipping
We are a true American small business with growing but limited capacity. Due to high demand and our desire to provide a high quality product, we currently have a lead time of 6-8 weeks. We of course will do our best to ship out earlier, but this is our current estimation based on recent orders from our sale. We encourage you to place your order now as in the past we have seen lead times increase to as long as 16 weeks.
We assure you that our team is working diligently to ensure every Cold Plunge is crafted with care and shipped out as swiftly as possible.
Returns
At Eu4ric Wellness, we understand that sometimes you might need to return a product. We offer a 14-day return window starting from the day you receive your order. For our full refund policy and details please visit our FAQ & Policy Page.
Cancelations
You have 48 hours after your order has been placed to request a cancelation. All cancelled orders will face a 5% to 10% fee from the total order value. We impose this fee because within 48 hours we place orders for all raw materials needed for the order & the financial institutions charge us payment processing fees. If 48 hours have passed since you've placed your order it cannot be cancelled. All deposits are also non-refundable after 48 hours. We do, however, reserve the right to exercise discretion on all refund requests submitted after the 48 hour period has passed.
Warranty
Quality and customer satisfaction are our topmost priorities. We proudly are offer a 1-year manufacturers warranty on products with factory defects. Please be informed that this warranty does not cover the natural wear and tear of the product. However, in many cases, we can resolve issues with small replacement parts, ensuring your system remains in optimal condition.

Cold plunging for short periods is traditionally safe, however it's always good practice to consult your physician before any new health routine.
Warranty & Returns
Returns
At Eu4ric Cold Water Emersion, we understand that sometimes you might need to return a product. We offer a 14-day return window starting from the day you receive your order. Please note that for any opened products, we impose a 15% restocking fee to cover our handling and processing costs. We do supply a return label for shipping, however the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive the product, we will inspect the items and it is in our sole discretion to process the refund. If we find that the product has been used or damaged, it will be shipped back to you.
Cancelations
You have 48 hours after your order has been placed to request a cancelation. All canceled orders will face a 5 to 10% fee from the total order value. The reason is that the financial institutions charge us payment processing fees regardless if the order was shipped. We also place supply orders based on the current amount of orders that have been placed that are non-refundable. If 48 hours have passed since you've placed your order it cannot be canceled.
We do, however, reserve the right to exercise discretion on all refund requests submitted after the 48 hour period has passed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the issue you are experiencing is covered under our 1-year manufacturer’s warranty and you wish to file a claim, please email us at info@eu4ric.com to begin your warranty claim process. You will be responsible for any costs and expenses not covered under the warranty.
